After recognizing the difficulties many couples have trying to work full-time, juggle family and social commitments, and plan the perfect wedding day, sisters Jennifer and Amanda offer a fresh and dynamic, but very personal approach to planning and managing wedding events. They bring their creativity, organisational experience and extensive resources together to offer couples the perfect solution to planning their wedding in a time-poor world!

Jennifer Rayner – better known as Adelaide's 'Wedding Coach' - is both the business founder and primary Wedding Event Manager. After leaving her background in Optometry and Nursing behind her, her event experience lead her to creating Amaranthine Wedding Consultants in 2005, resulting in a successful career in event management and design. She also holds a certificate in Festival & Event Design and Management from the University of Adelaide. With her moto of "no is not an option", there is no stone that she will leave unturned to make sure her couples get exactly what they want. She is fast becoming one of Adelaide’s most respected and sought after independent wedding coordinators.

Amanda Sewell brings her invaluable experience in marketing and public relations, as well as her coordination skills, to help Amaranthine Wedding Consultants become a leading name in the wedding Industry. She is currently studying Small Business Management Certificate IV at TAFE SA. With an eye for detail and her many years of experience in the public relations field, she manages the role of Wedding Event Manager with ease and aplomb.

Together they lead a team dedicated to offering unsurpassed professional but personal management for all sizes of weddings, and for all levels of wedding assistance.
